TL DR: I can play online games that require Ps plus without paying for it and I don't know why/how is this possible. Until today when I asked my friend to also enter in online mode in rdr2 and he was prompted to the ps plus page. I also assumed that RDR2 was letting me play online mode missions in single player somehow but never managed to stay for more than 15 minutes in it so I didn't gave it much thought. I always assumed that bloodborne was played local-ish since it required port forwarding on my router in order to be able to connect to my friend but never gave much thought until now. If my friend wouldn't have received the error that he has to pay for ps plus in order to go online in Bloodborne and RDR2 I would've never know that you need a subscription for these games.
